4.18.09 - STL Haul

Yippie! Yea, so I totally didn't plan on spending as much as I did... especially at MAC, but I got a make-over and asked for a wedding day look and loved a lot of what she used. Thankfully I had a good chunk of it too.

I have no make-over pics because by the time I got home (midnight) it was creasing and yea. Ick.

She went with smoky all-over lid (Black Tied) and neutral highlight (Shroom), smudged liner (Smolder Eye Kohl) and red lips! She used MAC Red l/s and Venetian l/g. I have red lippies, so I didn't get those, but I got the Eye Kohl and Shroom (had Black Tied). She used Cubic on my cheeks with Soft & Gentle MSF, so I picked up those, too.

She wanted to use NC or NW 15 on me!!! I told her I stay away from NW's because with Rosacea, I don't want any added pink to my face. She ended up using NC20, though I think she felt it was a little dark. She did use Studio Sculpt, which I have in NC25 and have been wearing and I don't feel it's too dark... but what do I know. Maybe I won't need a new foundation after I faux (spray/lotion) tan for the wedding, LOL.

I also got a travel Clinique Redness Solutions Kit, for when we go to Vegas, a Beauty Insider Freebie from Sephora when I made my mom get Too Faced Shadow Insurance & some LUSH, of course!
